Originally built in 1901 from wood, expanded in 1977 and later in 2004, the town hall has witnessed the transformations that the community of Sadovei has undergone. With a built area of 532.11 sq m and a developed area of 1,337.00 sq m, this imposing building, structured on four levels (B + G + F + A), needed substantial modernization to meet current energy efficiency and sustainability requirements.

✔ Improving the heating system and related installations, given that they had exceeded their lifespan and no longer met modern standards.
✔ Optimizing energy consumption by using efficient and environmentally friendly technological solutions.
