The project aims to modernize and increase the energy efficiency of the human dispensary in Slatina commune to provide improved public services to the community.

Main works and interventions:
✅ Increasing energy efficiency by insulating the building and replacing old joinery.

✅ Modernizing the heating system by installing heat pumps and solar panels for hot water.
✅ Rehabilitating the electrical installation and modernizing the lighting system.
✅ Ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities by installing an access ramp.
✅ Rehabilitating the interior and exterior finishes to improve the appearance and functionality of the building.

By implementing this project, the dispensary will become more energy efficient and more accessible, contributing to increasing the quality of medical services provided in the community.
